Win: Running Trax
If you love your dance music and you want to get fit then Running Trax from Ministry of Sound is the perfect solution.
Three CDs packed with high energy dance anthems will immediately get you in the mood for dancing and more importantly running as the title of the album suggests.
The three CDs are named, Jog, Run and Sprint and as you would expect the speed of the music on those CDs is reflective of their names. Each CD is a self contained workout each with its own warm up and warm down.
Disc one kicks off its warm up with Alan Braxe and Fred Falke’s intro mixing into Eric Prydz’s Call on Me. Following on is the 2009 summer anthem, Let the Bass Kick in Miami.
The second half of the first CD makes way for dance favourites such as Booty Luv’s Boogie 2nite and Utah Saints’ Something Good ’08 and cools down to Jakarta’s American Dream.
Disc two includes some of the best dance from the last few years such as Dizzee’s Bonkers, Guru Josh Project’s Infinity 2008 and Fedde Le Grand’s Put Your Hands Up for Detroit.
Disc three is our favourite of the CDs. It rounds off this boxset with dance classics from Faithless, Robert Miles and DJ Sammy, to name just a few. It also includes the 09 remix of Paul Van Dyk’s excellent For an Angel mixing into the thumping Sandstorm by Darude.
If this fab CD boxset wasn’t enough there’s a short guide on how to get fit and keep yourself motivated. So what are you waiting for? Check out the full tracklist and enter our great comp to win a copy.
